Exclusive access to our The Sense Beach Club reserved for customers of The Sense Experience Resort with parasol, two sunbeds and director’s chair per room;

Our offer for 15th August at the seaside resort of Follonica in Tuscany

For this year, we have also reserved special attention to our guests who prefer a vegan diet, with a rich selection of dishes specially created by our chef

Ferragosto, 15 August, is the holiday of the summer, the colours and scents of our vast park serve as a frame to the luxurious restaurant proposal that our chefs have created for us:

From 4:00 pm

Beach Afternoon party with our signature “Pinacolada solida” (pineapple frozen with coconut slices) offered to all our guests by the Management.

From 7:30 pm

Welcome aperitif based on fresh fruit and dry snacks, with our Red Rabbit flavoured sparkling wine! Accompanied by, a careful selection by our resident DJ, who will perform in duo for the occasion with an engaging Sax musician.

From 8:30 pm

Mid-August grand buffet on our islands in front of the sea:
- Island of Casaro and Tuscan Norcino: A careful selection of meats and cheeses in various preparations and cookings.
- Fish Corner: our Mediterranean Sea in all its glory. The best fish caught and the classic Italian fried fish prepared live by our Chefs.
- Pasta Vibes: Italy is known to be the realm of pasta, bread and pizza. Here our Chefs, with flair and imagination, accompany us to discover the most authentic flavours of our region
- “Oysters & Champagne” Kiosk
- Grand Buffet of fruit and desserts
- Selection of ice creams in the cart

From 10:00 pm

The party comes alive with an engaging three-people live music show, to dance together and celebrate The Sense summer!

Direttamente sulla spiaggia, a pochi metri dall’acqua e dal parco secolare del resort, accarezzati dalla brezza carica di profumi di mare e di piante aromatiche, lo Chef Franco Manfredi propone una cucina che omaggia la natura circostante. Il Ristorante Eaté è aperto a pranzo, dalle 12.30 alle 14.30 e a cena dalle 20.00 alle 22.30, con soli 30 coperti disponibili, direttamente sulla spiaggia. La sera è possibile riservare uno dei 3 tavoli esclusivi che si trovano sui tre punti più intimi, romantici e panoramici della struttura in totale privacy e con servizio dedicato.
