Ferragosto is the Italian summer bank holiday.
How about a dinner to celebrate Ferragosto in Tuscan Maremma in a restaurant down on the beach? Find to about the exclusive location of The Sense Experience Resort outside the Dimorà restaurant or directly on the beach in the Eaté Fine Dining restaurant. From 7.30 pm, chef’s team and our maître will be serving a delicious dinner in two of the most attractive outdoor restaurants to celebrate Ferragosto in Tuscan Maremma, in Follonica: the Dimorà and the Eaté restaurant.
The menu of freshly prepared specialities will mainly include fish-based dishes as well as meat-based dishes and a selection of vegan dishes. The ingredients selected by the chef are all of the highest quality and sourced from suppliers chosen personally by him.
To accompany the evening, live music Trio Covers with a rich selection of national and international songs, followed by DjSet.

Appetizers – The beginning of the story
Symphony of cuttlefish between sea and salicornia
Delicately seared cuttlefish, laid on a bed of summer tomatoes and local salicornia, in a play of contrasts between iodine and sweetness.
Memories of summer in the hinterland
Lamb shoulder served warm, creamy purple potatoes, enlivened by a spicy sauce that recalls the strong traditions of the Mediterranean hinterland.
First courses – The story takes shape
Basil-scented risotto with red shrimp and burrata cheese
A meeting between the aromas of the garden and the intense flavor of the sea: creamed rice with red shrimp, fresh basil, and burrata that embraces every bite.
Traditional ravioli
Fresh pasta stuffed with braised beef and wild spinach, served with a warm sauce of aged pecorino cheese: a dive into the recipes of the past.
Second course – Matter becomes experience
Aromatic sea bass with stuffed zucchini and dill sauce
Sea bass fillet in a garden herb crust, accompanied by zucchini stuffed with seasonal vegetables and topped with a velvety dill sauce.
