The Gran Carte
The Grand Carte is the freest form of the Dimorà experience. A constantly evolving menu, designed for those who prefer to choose their own pace: raw seafood, fresh pasta, the large grill, and desserts designed by pastry chef Lucio Forino.
Dimorà is, after all, the place you return to. It defines the daily rhythm of your stay, its most natural and shared dimension. You leave the table with the same feeling: wanting to return.
