Our buffet breakfast has an international appeal without sacrificing the regionality and products of our land.
A rich selection of salumi (cured meat) and cheeses combined with compotes and mustards, fresh fruit, homemade cakes, and small pastries by our chef.
We also offer healthy and detox products, like our juice and smoothie corner.
You can even choose more elaborate dishes from our paid à la carte selection, like ‘Uova The Sense’, a reinterpretation of the classic ‘Eggs Benedict’.
Coffee, cappuccino, teas, and herbal teas are freshly made upon request to the staff in the room.
To start the day in a healthy way, you will also find sliced fresh seasonal fruit and fresh fruit and vegetable juices and extracts, based on ginger, carrots, fennel, celery, apple, pineapple, seasonal fruit and vegetables, fresh oranges and grapefruits. Our staff is available for guests to combine ingredients and make your favourite extract!
