The Eaté Restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 19.30 to 21.30.

It overlooks the coast directly and offers the greatest regional classics revisited with a modern, gourmet approach by our chef.

Surf and turf courses blend flair and creativity, research into taste and aesthetics in dishes made with selected ingredients, zero-kilometre raw materials, fresh fish, and certified cuts of meat.

A total experience, completed by the pairings chosen by our sommelier, who can rely on a well-stocked cellar with over 200 prestigious wines, among which the Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino and the Bolgheri DOP stand out.

Fine dining in Tuscany offers you the rich à la carte menu or the unique experience of two different tasting menus.

Seating is for 30 guests with a reserved table, on a hill and with a view of the Tuscan Archipelago.

The Dimorà Restaurant is designed for those who love discovering the very best Tuscan cuisine without sacrificing attention to your shape and well-being.
